CivilPlus were engaged by Townsville City Council as part of the disaster recovery funding arrangement in response to the damage caused by the 2019 Townsville Monsoon Trough event to restore the pontoons that were extensively damaged   The works include Design, fabricate, install and certify three replacement pontoons on the Ross River Townsville.
