Twelve Oaks Poultry Farm Feed Mill Project
Project Overview / Description
Design and install a feed mill to process 350tonne of livestock feed per week. This consisted of assisting with concept design, approving layouts and then managing the designers though to completion of the drawings. All preliminary site works for pads, installation of footings, completion of concrete works and hardstand areas. Fabrication and Installation of Structural Steel and also installation of all mixer and milling components.
Project Features:
- Working with Design Subcontractor from conception to completion— HAALD Engineering
- Site earthworks—hardstands
- Installation of all concrete piers, hold down bolts, building slabs and drain
- Fabrication and erection of approx 35tonne of structural steel— 4 levels with finish height approx. 12m high.
- Installation of all components including roller mill, surge bins, horizontal mixers, weigh bins, augers and air fill equipment.
