Project Overview / Description
CivilPlus Constructions, in collaboration with McBerns Innovation Solutions, successfully completed the installation of bespoke ventilation poles at Pump Station BU7 in Burdell, Townsville, for the Townsville City Council.
Our team at CivilPlus demonstrated expertise in the decommissioning of an existing ventilation pole, meticulous preparation of required permits and safety documentation, and the seamless execution of pipework connection from the wet well to the new ventilation pole. The installation process involved precise implementation of a cage footing, culminating in the successful erection of a 15m ventilation pole. This project highlights our commitment to delivering tailored and high-quality infrastructure solutions.
Project Features:
- Decommissioning existing ventilation pole
- Connection of pipework from wet well to new ventilation pole (DN225 uPVC DWV pipe) – including sealing of penetration to wet well
- Installation of a 4.5m square, 600 deep, cage footing for a 15m ventilation pole
