Mt Low Parkway Subdivision
Project Overview / Description
Completion of 14 Lot sub division including sealed access roads, water reticulation, bulk earthworks and drainage works. Worked with client to overcome problems which arose with clashes of alignment of services which reduced costs for all parties. All works completed on program and budget with delivery of project to Christmas 2005 as programmed.
Project Features:
- Bulk earthworks on site cut to fill and additional fill imported
- Install 450m of water main, inc hose connections and hydrants
- Installation of 450m of concrete drainage invert
- Laying of kerb for access roads
- Place gravel and bitumen seal for access roads
- Project completed ahead of program and on budget
- No major variations claimed
