Project Overview / Description

CivilPlus Constructions was engaged to supply and cast 50 precast concrete panels for the Kurrimine Beach Boat Ramp Reconstruction Project. The scope of works included the manufacture of 20 No. NG4000 panels and 30 No. RG3000 panels at the CivilPlus Precast Facility under controlled conditions to ensure consistent quality and compliance. The project incorporated the use of GFRP reinforcement together with an approved TMR concrete mix design, delivering a durable and corrosion-resistant solution suited to the marine environment.
Key challenges included maintaining tight production timeframes, achieving the required finish and dimensional tolerances, and coordinating procurement and casting activities to meet the client’s programme. Through detailed planning, controlled precast manufacturing processes, and stringent QA procedures,
