Haul Round & Stevens Islands Steel Lattice Tower Replacement
Project Overview / Description
CivilPlus Constructions completed work in the Northern Territory to remove the existing structures and replace with a three module hex tower at AMSA's Stevens and Haul Round Islands.
Project Features:
- Engineering design and analysis including initial site inspections.
- Transport of the hex towers from AMSA's manufacturer's depot in Penguin Tasmania
- Establishment of temporary AtoNs.
- Demolition/removal of the existing structures and preparation of foundations.
- Installation of the new hex towers and reinstatement of the AtoN equipment and power supply.
- Installation of lightning protection.
